Need location code for Chicago

  • Using the widget, I have no dropdown. Can I get the location code for Chicago, IL please? And instructions on how to manually add it?

    Also, I need it to keep this location, not be changed by visitors.

    Hello futureexpat,

    sorry for such a late reply.

    In the admin panel, while you were setting up the placement of the widget, you should have started typing “CHICA” and in a dropdown, and Chicago, IL would have shown up.

    We have checked your site, and as a user, we were able to change the default NY location.
    There should not be any issues to change the location in admin panel.

    Please try, and let us know if you have any issues with setting the new default location
