Need member profile plugin

I’m looking for a plugin that provides a member profile page where the member can enter text and data to keep up with work they do related to the site.
For instance, in addition to being able to modify their password and personal information, I’d like them to be able to keep a diary of other information and even have a checklist.

Does anyone have any ideas. Thanks.
