Need memcached plugin recommendation

Newbie here looking for advice on the best memcached WP plugin. Any help is appreciated!
I am running:
WP ver: 4.7.3
Apache: 2.4.25
PHP: 7.0I did a search and it seems like alot them are no longer supported:
