Need more info about the bugs on index

    I am a bit confused. With the version 14.0.4 update info it states that:

    “Fixes a bug where robots meta values defaulted to 0 instead of null because of a bug in WPDB. This could result in incorrect values for noindex, nofollow , noarchive, noimageindex and/or nosnippet.”

    It means the bug will make the [noindex change to be indexed?] or the [the indexed change to be noindexed?] or it can happen both.

    Nomally my websites has turned all everything to be indexed for very long time (as I want almost everthing to be indexed). Then with the said bugs happened, will I have to fix or do something. Or it does not affect me.

    I am very new to SEO and wordpress, so confused

    If you have already updated to 14.0.4 there is nothing to worry about anymore ??
    I also checked your website and everything looks fine and can be indexed.

    I will mark this thread as resolved.

    I have not updated to 14.0.4, just read the bug fix info on the version update and a bit scare and confused.

    should i update to 14.0.4. and if I update it what should I check.

    If you have 13.x version, i suggest you to NOT INSTALL it now, or at least test it before in a staging environment.

    I have the version 14.0.1 at this moment.
    Please kindly suggest what should I check for my website. Will there be any harmful to my site SEO ? T_T
