need more space on page for paragraph

can not seem to figire out how to display all the text I type in from the admin panel, I craeted a catagory them entered the text I wanted, a viewer of the web is only seeing 7 lines instead of the 40 or so I typed from the main page and I do not how to see all of it, what am I missing and how Do I fix, yes this is my 1st attempt at this.
