    Hi Support Team!

    I completed a store connection this morning with no issues, but ended up noticing that it wasn’t importing any orders later in the day. I checked out the settings and it looked like the Authorization Key was empty, so I put it in again.

    I got this error code:

    Store Configuration
    {“Message”:”Unable to connect to the marketplace! Error: An error was encountered while attempting to test the connection”}

    We checked out the server log and saw this:

    07-31-2019 @ 15:37:14 – Invalid authentication key 07-31-2019 @ 18:22:59 – Input params: wc-api=wc_shipstation&auth_key=(AuthKEYWASHERE)&action=export&start_date=07%2F31%2F2019+18%3A17&end_date=07%2F31%2F2019+18%3A22&page=1 07-31-2019 @ 18:22:59 – Exported 0 orders

    I checked the plugin and can’t seem to find a way to generate a new Auth Key. I deleted and reinstalled the plugin and got the same one. There doesn’t seem to be a way around this on my end. Do you guys have a solution for me?
