Need New Section and Name

  • Sometimes in building a site, I don’t need a page or post for some information that appears on the site, I need a section for items that are not added to post or page section of the dashboard, it needs its own seperate title and name as it serves a different purpose.

    Is that anything like that available?

  • If it’s not a Post or a Page, what is “it”?

    It might just be some static or featured information, such as opening closing information or a welcome to readers that does change a lot, but the user may want to change from time to time.

    If it’s included in the posts or pages sections it may get lost in the dashboard section among those as they tend to have new items added more regularly.

    What about using the native Text widgets?
