    Hello,
I have used PLAMERIA theme for a small Hotel and i am facing a -somehow- strange problem.. After several visits through Chrome & IE, the site needs cookies to cleared in order to be viewed properly. This is not happening for Mozilla and Opera browsers.
I have the booking plugin active, but not used so far until i solve the problem..
The link to my page is available for loggin users but the problem does not appear immediately, only after several hits.
    Appreciate any help

    BR,
    John

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi John @yiannisba,
Probably there is enabled ModSecurity on your server. We’d recommend to disable it or contact hosting provider asking them to fix the issue https://github.com/client9/libinjection/issues/145

    Hi Dimitar, ( @dimned)
Thank you for your kind nd immediate response.
Can i ask that from my hosting provider ? Bracause my hosting service is a shared one and all other sites that exist on that and use a different WP theme do not face similar issues

    Any ideas to help ?

    BR.,

    John

    Hi @yiannisba,
Yes, you may contact your hosting provider. The issue seems to be related to the cookie added by the hotel booking plugin. The delimiter that is used in a cookie is not supported by ModSecurity, though the delimiter is valid.

    Hi Dimitar (@dimned )

Thank you again for your response and if you be so kind, one more clarification please…
So, do you mean i have to deactivate the hotel booking plugin ? If so , is there any other workaround solution as i intend to use the plugin for reservations ?

    BR,
    John

    Hi @yiannisba,
I mean that most likely the issue is caused by some tool that is enabled on your server since it conflicts with the hotel booking plugin. So I recommend contacting your hosting provider and disable that tool or fix the issue following the instruction described by the link I’ve sent previously.

    Hi @dimned

I will try to do so , although i am afraid that they should answer they could not deactiate something that fits in a shared hosting service…
    Anyway, i will try

    Thank you for your help…

    BR.,
    John
