It’s pulling the style from your base theme.

This is looking like a case of theme or plugin conflict.

Before you start tweaking your style sheet I would suggest following this process first.

If it proves to be your Theme, then you might need to contact them and ask them for help. Been finding a lot of TF and other 3rd party Themes that don’t adhere to WP standards and or don’t update when Cores is updated are having issues.
