I recently moved my blog from .com to .org and paid for the redirect to the new address. That screwed up the permalinks which I never thought about. Is there a plug in or some way I can fix that or do I have to undo the automatic redirect?

Thanks, I did that and I don’t think it has what I’m looking for, unless I missed it. Here’s what I did.

I moved from .com to .org. everything transferred smoothly. Where my problem lies is that if someone linked to a post on the old blog, it now comes up with a 404 error. How can I fix that? Or can I?

You need to contact support at your old blog and tell them about the problem. Redirection is needed at their end, not at your new blog.

Thanks. I fixed by permalinking by date.
