Need phone number on contact form

Go to admin > Contact Forms > Edit .There will be an option to add phone number on the right side.You can see here

That is just a text field. Any alphanumeric response can be put in this field. A phone number is numeric. Only numbers should be entered. There should be three fields for each part of the phone number with a limit on the number of characters that can be put in each field. See above.

I am assuming this will never be answered and I should move on to another plugin.

CF7 uses the new HTML5 “Tel” element for these fields. Browser support is limited (see – https://www.wufoo.com/html5/)

tel is an option in contact form 7 that is really very helpful to use as phone number field because a proper phone number support is not available in contact form 7 but this https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/jquery-validation-for-contact-form-7/ is very helpful in this regard.
I’m facing a problem that i cant specify a particular phone number format for subscribers. I want to bound the subscribers to enter the phone number starting from “03” can anyone help me to solve this issue kindly…?
