Need plugin 2 showcase talent for peoples book, music, etc

What exactly are they going to share? Posts? Images? Videos? Audio files?

Basically they will be advertising there talent. So if they do music, they can upload some of there music files, images, video and a small bio about themselves. Then you as a viewer can click on that person or the next person on the page to see there talent. Basically where they all can advertise on one with there talents. People will not be able to comment on there info, only view there video, bio, photos, etc. Is that any way possible or close? HELP

Some reality checks –
1. Server Hard Disk space
2. Terms of Service should include info re who owns content uploaded to your server
3. Malware may also be uploaded to your server
etc.
