Need plugin to run non-profit election

Good morning,
I’m looking for a plugin that will run an election of officers for a non-profit organization. We have 6 officer positions that need to be filled and each of them will have, at minimum, 2 choices for each position (one choice being “abstain”). Preferably, I’d like to give out a code or send an email to each of the qualified voting delegates during the general session in which the voting takes place. I’d also like the plugin to handle “instant runoffs” so that we don’t have to hold multiple rounds of voting just to get to 50%+1 for each office.
