Need Professional Assistance-Website Server Has Crashed

On 8 July 2014 (give or take), I started having issues with my website. When loading the main page, Error 503 would occasionally come up. However, as the days went on, the problem quickly progressed to it’s current state: one in which the 503 Error comes up permanently and I cannot even log into the back-end of WordPress.
I have logged into my CPanel via GoDaddy and downloaded/reviewed several error logs. The main issue appears to be with NextGEN. I can piece errors together and understand what it’s saying, but I cannot actually pinpoint where/how to fix it.
I know some people will probably mention that Error 503 is due to capacity issues: I understand that. However, I have looked into this as well with GoDaddy. I ensured whether or not I needed to purchase more space, killed .php processes, etc. After GoDaddy’s assistance, along with my own troubleshooting, I know the issue is in fact within the coding.
Due to efficiency, I outsourced my website to be coded. I simply did not have the time to play around with something this intricate while still working as usual. For this reason, it’s especially difficult for me to navigate and correct coding. Furthermore, for the time being: the developer is not reachable. This is a completely different issue, and I understand that and will have to handle it separately. For the time being, I am asking for help to fix this issue. Preferably, if I could speak with someone from NextGEN: that would be best. I’m sure I do have the Pro Member login (which allows for me to make direct contact), but unfortunately I do not know it because if anyone has it: it would be my developer. If I cannot get in touch with anyone from NextGEN, I would love the assistance from an advanced and experienced developer.
Thanks in advance. This sounds like a case of the Monday’s. ??
