Need programmer with db skills to fix installation

I’m fed up. My blog is so riddled with problems that I can’t even fix them with guidance any more. I’m willing to pay for someone to take a dedicated look at my WordPress blog, clean up the code, make the RSS feeds work right, and MAYBE do some design enhancements. Few hundred bucks.
