Need Proxy for Google

    Hello,

    My website is hosted on the service in a country where Google is blocked by the government. So the Google notify function is invalid for me. \I have built HTTP proxy on my service to get through the block. But this plugin haven’t support proxy yet.

    Really hope you can add proxy to the plugin to help with the Google sitemap notify in my country. Thank you very much!
