Need quantity field to display 10000,WooCommerce Product and Cart Pages

    I need the ability to display and process quantity of 10,000 in WooCommerce Product and Cart pages (training course, virtual product, no inventory or download).
    Currently Product page allows display of up to 999, will accept higher number by will not display higher number.
    Cart page does not show more than 2 digits.

    Is there a plugin (preferably) or css fix for this?
