Need recommendation for blog syndication plugin

I am new to wordpress and I am looking for a quality plugin on the economical end, which can create some quality back links for my posts. I came across onlywire.com. Any feedback on this plugin or other social blog syndicating plugins is welcome. Thanks for your time.
