Need recommendation for Real Estate template

  • I need a recommendation for an easy to use, unique and visually exciting template for a real estate agent. And, it should be easy for me to maintain/updated and pretty straight-forward so that the general public will find it friendly and easy to use.

    I have looked into other realtors websites and discovered quite a range of prices and most are third-party maintained websites offering domains, admin, updating, etc. All of which I can do myself, including hosting. I just need a really cool, modern template.

    Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated ??

    Guess not too many people are still using WP. I should probably stop wasting my time trying to find any modern templates. It seems like WP code and structure does not allow for modern website designs. I find it very disappointing that everything WP looks so similar, so european and dated these days. Just thought I’d give it one more chance before giving up on it completely. There must be a more user friendly and creative alternative for people wanting better than WP… I’ll keep looking.
