Need recommendations on 2 plugins

  • I have 2 sites I’ve built, and I’d love to have a bit of functionality and i’m not sure where to start.
    1. I’d like a plugin that pulls in new posts from News Articles where I set the Topic by a keyword. Say it was Kim Kardashian and it pulls any new articles in as a new post.
    2. I have a contractor site about a specific topic, and I’d like very much to have a “Local Contractors’ Page where someone enters their zip and local contractors are pulled up for specific topics.

    I’ve tried a couple of Google searches and coming up blank so far… do such things exist and anyone have any recommendations?
