Need Related Posts Plugin Suggestions – Pull from other sites

I am looking through a bunch of the related posts plugins, but most seem to only pull from internally. I need a plugin that can pull from internal and external sources (news stations, CVB, etc) with a keyword or contextual filter. Plus I need to put this as a list on the side bar and bottom of the blog posts. Would prefer free or one time cost to purchase.
