Need RSS Feed URL for my site

I’m trying to set up a RSS campaign in mailchimp that links with my blog site and the RSS feed URL’s aren’t working. Mailchimp is saying that they are not a valid URL.

I know this is not a mailchimp issue as I tried this with a couple plug ins as well and they also said my URL was invalid. What is my RSS FEED URL? thanks!

I’ve tried https://www.theholisticates.com/feed AND https://www.theholisticates.com/wp-rss2.php and neither of them work.

I believe I have permalinks “on” (though there is nowhere to turn them off, but in the settings for permalinks for my blog I have some settings changed to clean up the URL’s so I assume that means it’s on.
