Need Setting duplicateWindow for Transactions

I have an issue when someone places and order, and the order is declined, Authorize.net wants them to wait 2 minutes before resending the transaction, which is forever for a user. In talking to Authorize.net, they said to add the variable duplicateWindow to the submission so they know how long to wait before they will allow a second transaction.

Has anyone else ran into this? It’s not an option that I can see on the dashboard, but I can make changes wherever is needed if I’m pointed in the right direction.
