Looking for plugins

Hello:

I need some assistance.
I need some plugins, which allow me to do this:

-Plugin to let people register to my website… and also the tutorial about how to do it.
-Little guide popups
-Allow watch content to guest users.
-Login tab on the landing page.
-Allow logged in users to upload images to different categories.
-Allow logged in users to insert videos on different categories.
-Give different attributes to “logged in users and guests”. such as view some pages, vote in photo images, and insert or rate videos.
-Plugin needed to rank videos.
