Need somebody to upgrade WordPress for me

Hey everyone

Not sure if this is the right place to ask for this or whatever, but here is the deal. I haven’t been able to upgrade the new wordpress updates, i believe the newest version is 2.3. I have been dealing with a ton of medical issues, and simply cannot wrap my head around dealing with FTP backups, messing with coding, and upgrading everything to how it needs to be.

Is there somebody on here who is reputable enough to assist me in this? I have no problem giving somebody access to my FTP and wordpress, and I will gladly pay a light commission. Maybe somebody will help, maybe not, I figured it was worth a shot.
