• Where do I get this info to give to my IT Dept? All of our communications are going to SPAM or Junk folders

    Why are you asking on this forum? WordPress sends some emails, but it has nothing to do with SPF or DKIM. Those are things handled by your mail servers.

    Sam-clearly I am not a technical person so thanks for belittling me with your comment. I send hundreds of emails a day that always go through. My blog Notifications from WordPress to my subscribers (whom I email every day) ALWAYS goes into their junk or Spam…even if it from me so I thought I would start here. Sorry for asking in the wrong forum!

    Sorry, I wasn’t belittling you, I really do want to know why you are asking about this here. As in, what does this have to do with WordPress specifically? What email system are you using in WordPress that makes this matter?

    WordPress doesn’t send a whole lot of email, so I thought you might be using some plugin that sends newsletters or some such thing.
