Need suggestions for inventory transactions

I’m going to be starting a website for a shipping company that would like the ability to 1)Easily post loads received after company hours to a list viewable online, and 2)Allow others to view the list and choose a load to be prepared for shipment the next morning. I’m thinking it sounds a bit like a standard transaction, an exchange of inventory but without exchange of currency, but wanted to get other thoughts. Does anyone know of any good plugins for such a task? Thanks so much in advance!
