Need suggestions, I'm looking for a team plugin

You have to be much more specific. Are the consultants registered in your wordpress database and what role do they have? And how do you upload their avatar? Are the avatars a part of the media library? Does every consultant have their own page? Be as specific as possible and MAYBE I’ll have a look at it for you.

The consultants are not registered on the wp site and I need only to slide their photos (maybe with some jquery code stuff) and permit to access on a page detail of every single consultant..

Let me see if I got this right. You want a widget that displays an picture, with some text of the person in that picture and a link to a page about the person in that picture.

I’ll make it this weekend and upload it to my site, so you can download it from there.
