    Hi Adnan,

    I’m running WordPress 5.4.1 and I’ve downloaded your great plugin but I didn’t manage to get it work so far.

    0. Installed and activated the plugin
    1. Created team members
    2. Generated the shortcode
    3. Paste the shortcode but nothing shows up

    Please help to advise if I have done anything wrong.

    You just need to create and attach a role with the team members then surely it will work.

    Hi Adnan,

    Thanks for your replies.
    I encountered another issue.
    I had to remove the plugin as it was causing my main navigation menu to break into 2 layers.
    In addition, the main navigation menu on the mobile version did not work (couldn’t expand) when I tap on it when the plugin was activated.
    As soon as i removed the plugin, my website revert to the original state.
    Please help. I really want to use your plugin as it suits my website best.

    Hi Adnan,

    I’ve activated the plugin and replicated the error.
    The main navigation menu is broken into two lines.
    The mobile version navigation is not working.

    Hi @gilliancheah,

    I have checked the website and tracked the issue, actually we are using the bootstrap grid structure for Team Master, and your website is also using the bootstrap that’s why its causing some issues, you just need to override some styles in your theme style.css, then everything will work.

    I will update the Team Master plugin as well to deal with this issue.

    For now you need to contact UI engineer for fixing the styling issues.

    You need to contact with the website developer or designer (UI Engineer), he will update the theme styles to resolve this issue.
