I’d recommend checking out one of the Arizona WordPress Meetup groups. There, you’ll be able to meet designers and developers who work with WordPress, ask questions about your site/situation, and get referrals to a provider who could be a great fit.

Phoenix has a vibrant WordPress Community with several meetups to choose from. There is probably one close to you.
