I’m surprised that we can’t find an alternative to Agreeable. Seems like a TOS checkbox on Login is way up there on nec for a website. And Buddypress after 6yrs Still doesn’t have this.

I have Agreeable but it takes up 60% of all plugins. Looking for a competitor for ages.

Is this it? It’s linked with Login but not showing up in either login area. No box to click.

Will yours work? And, if so, how? Thanks.

Hi, it very easy to add a TOS checkbox to a ProfilePress powered login form by adding an HTML checkbox code to a desire location in the form.

My question to you is, what happens if the use do not check the TOS and tries to login. Will agreeable stop the user from logging in?

    Hi Collizo4sky!

    Thanks for your reply! ??

Easy for you but I guess I’m scared of making a mistake since I can’t find exact directions.

Yes, Agreeable Does prevent them from logging in. If they try on the site and don’t check the box, it’ll go to the W login (which I changed a bit) and tell them to check the box b4 entering.

It’s a good plugin as far as that goes. We don’t need all the other stuff that comes with it.

AND there are 18 plugins (buddy, woo, etc)which only take up 25% of the pie. Agreeable takes up 35% (if looking at the pie as a clock vs 100), adding > 1 second.

It’s more incredible that no one has a simple TOS plugin. Woo has a great TOS for the shop.

I’m ok with learning code in a couple months–after my site’s happenin’.

Can you please relay how/where to place the code?

    Thanks

    I dig now.

Placing the code i mentioned basically won’t stop users from logging in if the TOS isn’t checked. However, it is possible with ProfilePress albeit programming knowledge is required.

I can point you to the Action hook to accomplish this.

If you ain’t a developer, shoot me a mail via support[at]profilepress.net.
