Need to add user using ultimate plugin functions/hook for api

i think this API is of WP ?
or is it ultimate member plugin API?

by looking at you reply thing i got is that I have to create a normal user and just need to give um plugin role to that user. in this way that user can have every functionality equal to that user who got register through UM plugin frontend registration form?

You can create a user via WP REST API. Just use the user role slug from WP Admin > Ultimate Member > User Roles.
