Need to Adjust the Top Menu Width – A bit wide!

Hi Tom,

In addition to my question above, how do I change the Top Menu items to show as “boxes”. Please see the screenshot below.

The current Top menu is like a “bar” with all the items on it but I want to show each menu item in a “box” like how I hover over it.

I want the menu to have a line underneath it and a line seperating each menu item on the top menu. I also have a thin space on both sides of the menu that I can’t seem to get rid of. Everytime I adjust something the menu spills over to another line. Great menu though. Thanks!
