Need to allow Author group to publish Flash Objects

Hi, i have a small problem. I’m running a WP blog and I need somehow to allow “author” group users to post flash objects in their posts using html objects. Admins and Editors can but Authors cant post the same <object>blahblah</object> tags to embed flash content.

Can anyone help me with this problem? Editing some roles or somehow?
