Need to ask Questions with Answers changing the next set of questions

  • I need a way to set up a large series of questions where depending on which answers are selected, separate paths of different questions and answers are chosen.
    Example: Question: Do you have a person dedicated to IT? Answer: Yes, No. Next Questions: (if they answered yes): Does your IT person report directly to the President or CEO? (if they answered no) (multiple choice): When do you plan on hiring an IT person? (1 month, 2-3 months, 3-6 months, 12+ months, never)
    This will be used primarily for quizzes and exams, and also for surveys.
    I think some people call this Conditional Branching, while others may call this Chaining.
    I have looked at many plugins, etc., but cannot seem to find anything that does this simply and cleanly. And I do not want to start coding! Can anyone point me to the right plugin, tool, widget, whatever?

  • I downloaded plugins from tn3 Gallery attempted to upload it to my site and I keep getting The package could not be installed. No Valid plugins were found. Plugin installed failed.

    What could the problem? All the images are in the folder that I downloaded……??
