Need to be able put up mixes and music, as well as embedded player

Hello,

I am trying to put my mixes for a music site up and I need something that closely resembles soundcloud. Problem with sound cloud is that they dont give me enough minutes.

What I want is downloadability, a player I can embed, counter (maybe) and possiblity of album oovers. The first two are reall the most I want, the last few a preference.

Is there a way I can do this? Is there a player or plugin that would be great at this? Can some one point me in the right direction.
