    Dear support team,

    I have a problem as chat looks not great due to wrong block positioning. I need to change a message input block to another place. Could you please advise how can I do it? Screenshot is attached for better understanding. Thank you!

    Glad to help. It looks like your theme is limiting the width of the chat box. Best advice would be to ask your theme provider for help with widening the container/parent box, they will best know which changes need made to make it happen.

    Many thanks for your response, but could you please advise if you have any other CSS options. I saw one option on your website, but it is very simple. However, it has a perfect structure of message input block.

    Yeah that’s what I was going to share with you. If that doesn’t work, best advice is to ask your theme provider how to increase the width of the container/parent block. That would give the form more room to display.
