    Hi
I am having to modify my site to meet new legal requirements for accessibility…
I am having problems because my events list widget is tagging each event title as <h2>. This breaks my header hierarchy (for instance the widget titles are h3 in this theme!) and I would like to change it to <h4> or <p>.
I can’t see where this is set or how to do this and would welcome any tips…
    Thanks!

  • I am having exactly the same issue – or a similar one in any case. I’d like to change those event listing H2s (the ones that appear in the fusion-events-meta div) to H3s, but I can’t find where those headings are assigned.

    Hi @adammcbridesmith

Thanks for reaching out! I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue.

I’d recommend creating a template override of the Events List Widget here:

    the-events-calendar/src/views/widgets/list-widget.php

    And place the copy here:

    your-theme/tribe-events/widgets/list-widget.php

    I hope that helps!

    Thanks,
    Jaime
