Need to change main menu color

  • Hello,
    I need to change my main menu color and I thought I found the ID but can’t seem to write the correct code in additional CSS. This is what I’ve tried among other things.
    .navbar-default {background-color: #000000}

    I want to change the menu font to black. It is white now.
