Need to change permissions

Hi there

I was advised to use this plugin in to make changes in file permissions for this plugin (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/duplicator/) cos when i tried to use it i got this message

If the root WordPress path is not writable by PHP on some systems this can cause issues.
If Duplicator does not have enough permissions then you will need to manually create the paths above

I changed to admin role but i get confused what to do next. Here is a screenshot of what i see

How can i use your plugin to fix this issue?
