need to change title of Login page in Nav bar

Hi,
I’ve been reading the thread at https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/plugin-theme-my-login-log-in-menu-bar and I’ve been trying to change the title in the Nav Bar from “Login” to something else. Unfortunately the code Jeff posted at pastebin is no longer there. For now I’ve hacked the text in class-theme-my-login.php, but I don’t want to do that long-term (when the next person to maintain this site upgrades the plugin, this will stop working). Can Anyone help?
