Need to clear cache over and over again to keep the site unbroken

Hi,
Whenever I use guest mode + guest optimization, I have to clear all cache + ccss cache + ucss cache over and over again to keep the site unbroken. Otherwise the site style breaks down at the first visit. If I turn off the guest optimization mode, the problem get solved. But I do want to keep the guest optimization mode to maintain the best speed of the website. What could be the solution?

Note: I’m not using quic cloud CDN.
