need to create custom db structure for outline pages

I’ve created these outline layouts of information (people’s names and interrelationships, related data) in straight html in some wordpress pages. I’d like to configure some term searchable database tables that would contain all this.

I’m looking for a plugin that might accomplish this, or some help getting started building some tables manually… if anyone could give offer some help i’d be very grateful. As you’ll see, this is (the beginning of) a perpetually growing project…
