need to customize the header totally

  • Hi, I need to totally custoize the header so that it looks like this
    https://aomsi2013.com/. I need the navbar but the header must look like this :
    logo site title logo
    tagline
    ——————–navbar—————
    is this possible ?

    Also how can i change the slider in customizr to meta slider ?
