Hi, we redid a website that used custom post types but now we instead are using a calendar and other solutions to those post types. I’ve removed all of those custom posts and removed the post types and then uninstalled the plugin. The post types still exist. We don’t want the organization to become confused and use those.
How can I get them off the dashboard? Thanks!

If when you go to the “Registered Types/Taxes” menu item for CPTUI and there’s none listed for either content type, then none would be coming from CPTUI’s saved settings. If there are any listed there, then you’ll want to visit the appropriate content type section of CPTUI and delete those entries that way. Note this won’t delete the content itself.

If the CPTUI settings are all cleared, then chances are that code somewhere else is registering with the same slugs.

    Thanks for your quick response!

I deleted the content first based on what I read on another ticket here. Then, deleted the types. Then, deleted the plugin.

And we’re all good and clear? or are the post types still being added to the admin menus? If yes, then there’s lingering code-based registration somewhere in the install.
