Need to edit "Read More" text on thumbnail

  • Hi
    I need to edit “Read More” text link on my thumbnailes to my language.
    I have correct language file installed and everything is correct exept these thumbnailes text links for the blog post.
    I am using “Optimizer” theme on the blog.
