    Hi team!
I tried to set up the height of the columns of the containers of main pages ( e.g. home page ). On the front-end, the size does not change. Avada team told me it was incorrect due to SG optimizer plugins settings: “We need to exclude
    wp-content/uploads/fusion-styles/ and
    wp-content/uploads/fusion-scripts/
from minification but the plugin doesn’t give this options (to exclude folders).”
    Thanks a lot,
    Elisabetta

    Hey there @elisabettazanin,

You can exclude a specific js or css script from being minified by going to the Frontend optimization tab -> Minify CSS Files or Minify JavaScript File, enable the optimization and click on the Exclude from JavaScript Minification or Exclude From CSS Minification, then from the dropdown select the specific script and exclude it from the specific minification.

If you have issues after that feel free to reach back to us!

    Kind regards,
    Stoyan

    Hi Stoyan,

Thank you for answering and offering your help!
Actually, Avada needs to “… exclude the folders and not specific JS files. For example, plugins such as x, x, x etc., do allow users to exclude entire folders. This is quite helpful in excluding dynamically generated CSS and JS files. If the plugin author can make an exception for folders, then we should be able to address the issue.
    Can you still help?
    Thank you,

    Elisabetta

This is not how it works ?? We can’t exclude folders from certain optimizations like that. You need to exclude all the scripts loaded from those locations because they are enqued from the WP framework and we can’t just exclude them based on URL.

    Thank you all!

SG optimizer is quite complete and before renouncing to it only for this reason, can you tell me exactly and practically what to do, because, from Avada they can’t help me.

(Deactivating the SG optimizer, the column height reflects the size I set up for them. reactivating it, it does not).

    Thank you very much,

    Elisabetta
