Need to get rid of a Child page tab, don’t know how….

    I’m working on https://www.hoardchicago.com, and can’t get rid of the ‘More Featured Items’ tab. I have it listed as a child page, with “Featured Items” as the parent…….On my own WP site, I’ve never had a problem with this before. Can anyone help? Does it have to do with Page ID, permalinks or what? Seriously, I’ve NEVER before had a child page with a Tab, and am quite confused, so advice would be great.
