Could you change the sharing option to be accessible to anyone with the link?

Thanks in advance for your collaboration.

    Hi @mattmcca,

I’m not able to replicate any issue on my system when tested your form export and with the code.

The visibility condition do work fine with hiding the submit button. Could you please make sure to update the plugin to the latest version ie v 1.24.6 and then check whether it works fine?

If the issue is still the same then could you please explain further about which exact visibility conditions you have configured aren’t working?

Please do note that our ability to provide modifications for a custom snippet is limited due to the fact that we are not clear on its specific function. What we can do, however, is analyze it further to see if any additional suggestions can be made to improve its efficiency.

Please advise if I’m missing out anything specific.

    Regards,

    Nithin

Hello I have updated the plugin to the latest version.

I would like to hide the submit button when the user has used a certain amount credits on the system, this feature used to work before it now longer works all of a sudden

    Hi @mattmcca

    Thank you for the update.

I was able to replicate it using your code, I see removing pagination makes it works, I pinged our Second Line Support team to take a look at your code and see if we can find a different approach to make it work.

Note, this team deal with a more complex situation and it can cause a delay in the response.

    We will keep you posted.
    Best Regards
