Need to hire a theme designer

Hi All,
I need to hire a theme dev who has experience theming a custom template for Vanilla forums. Im trying to install a vanilla forum to look like my WP custom theme. Its actually not a difficult job, pretty easy. Im running Vanilla 2.1b already installed.
